We got about 3-4 inches but that was enough to make the farm look beautiful! Check out some pictures from around the farm while the snow was still coming down this morning <3

Meet Boulder. This guy was born March (or maybe Fe Meet Boulder. This guy was born March (or maybe Feb.) Of 2021. His mom had what we think was a tick borne illness and couldn't stand for the final weeks of her pregnancy. Goatbusters had a vet come out and do an ultrasound and the vet thought that due to the stress of not being able to stand, the babies most likely wouldn't make it. She detected no signs of life.... Goatbusters induced labor and waited to help deliver what they thought was going to be stillborn babies. As she went into labor the next day a small hoof came out first (typical of a normal delivery) and when Hannah went to touch it, it moved!!!! After about 2 hours of working to get this VERY large baby out of a mama who couldn't help very much, Boulder was born. 30 minutes later his sister (a very tiny baby) Pebbles was born healthy and happy. Both were bottle fed and grew to become characters in the Goatbusters herd. They are somewhat of legends around the farm.Pebbles had her first kidding this past year and was a great mom, although she did get a little over protective and needed to be separated from other goat mamas and babies. 😉Kidding season (Feb/march) is never a dull time on the farm. Who knows what this next one will bring!#goats #goatkids #goatlove
